If You Don’t See Your Nominations Posted:
Hey guys, the validating has been done, and the nominations are up/are going to be up.
However, you might notice some of the stories that you nominated not nominated.
This is for a few reasons:
a) The story that you nominated was published after January 5, 2010. As previous rules state, we accept absolutely no stories under any circumstances after January 5th.
b) The story that you nominated was not found in the ‘Pure Horace Mantis’ community. These awards are called the HMAs for a reason, guys.
c) The story that you nominated was plagiarized. (Thankfully, in this round, none of that held true).
d) The story that you nominated was your own story. In a previous note, we said that those who nominated their own story would be immediately disqualified from any involvement with these awards. This time, and this time only, even though we have removed said stories nominated, those who nominated will be able to vote. In future awards, please DON’T TRY IT AGAIN.

-You will send your nominations to Loved-Invention on Fanfiction.net by MARCH 14TH (no nominations will be accepted as of later). She will then forward your nominations to Suburbs, and another staff member.
*Remember that you are, under no circumstances, allowed to vote for yourself. If you just vote for one of your stories in one of the categories, none of the rest of your votes will be counted, and you will be banned from the awards. I’ll say it again: DO NOT VOTE FOR YOURSELF!
