Hey everyone,

Lori (ride2night) helped us tremendously by compiling a list of all of your nominations (that’s right –NOMINATIONS ARE CLOSED), so we could post them.

However, just to double check, we’re in the process of going through all of the nominated stories, to validate them.

By Saturday, all of the nominations will be posted.

As of now, the voting will begin Friday, March 5^th. The process has changed a little, but it will be just as easy.

To speed things up, four categories will be posted a week for you to vote on. Instead of a poll, you will e-mail your votes to Loved-Invention on FF.net (the link is below). You can only vote ONE TIME per category, and you are absolutely NOT ALLOWED TO VOTE FOR YOURSELF. E-mailing it to Loved-Invention instead of a poll will help us to make sure that there is no cheating.

All of the winners (1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd place) will be posted, along with the awards, at once.

Hey guys, there have been a few questions on the number of nominations that you can send in, and the story’s published date.

-          You can have TWO nominations per category:

-          You can only nominate stories that were published before January 5, 2010. There will always be other HMA Awards for stories published after. : )

-          Your story must be in English.

-          If your story has been found plagiarized, it will immediately be removed.

-          You are absolutely not allowed to nominate your own stories. If you do, you will be disqualified from all future HMAs.

-          No nominations/voting after said date.

**The ‘Favorite/JONAS Character’ (example: Favorite Nick) can be in any category (such as romance, even mystery) – but that character must be the main character of the story.

(You will be able to submit single nominations to @alovedinvention on Twitter, if you have an account. Include the link and the category. You will also be able to keep up with the HMA awards by following @alovedinvention).
